We have a secret obsession for Fiorina Jewellery. Adorned with antique coins, skulls, tassels and pearls, all Fiorina pieces are gorgeous to wear. They're also created by hand and part of limited edition collections. We especially love the Angel Bracelets. Layer them in different colours and choose from different charms like dragons, guitars, coins and horses.

Melbournites are big cupcake fans and we've featured some great stores here on LoveBento. So of course we have to tell you about The Cupcake Queens from Collingwood, who are opening a store in Williamstown this May. Each cupcake is formed in small batches, made by hand and baked with love. They also source local produce and suppliers. It's all very yummy. Love.

It's Penguin's 75th anniversary and as part of the celebrations Douglas Coupland has set up a project where you can create your own Penguin book covers. The iconic covers are online now, ready to be downloaded and personalised. There's already some really great covers floating around on Flickr. Nice.

It's very exciting news. Our much loved makeup artist, Blanka Dudas is running workshops in Melbourne and dishing out her hot techniques to help you look your best. Known for her natural makeup look, Blanka believes that when we look at a face, we should notice the face, not the makeup. Every Sat for a limited time she will share the basics of natural makeup application. Love it.

When Neo Tokyo approached WSPA after becoming aware of the plight of the bears farmed for their bile throughout the world, they made their commitment to ending the cruelty and injustice of animals all over the world. Since then, what they've done is truly inspirational for all Melbournians - by combining a fashion label with charity. Purchase their products and you can help raise funds for several anti-animal cruelty campaigns like the Whale Campaign and Orangutan Campaign. Love.

Totally random, totally amazing - Minna Parikka's set of Masks are just the beginning of her beautiful collection of shoes, gloves, accessories and clothing. Known for her signature bows, now Minna is moving into 2010 with a bang. Take a look at the collection and you'll see that these Masks are wearable art, inspired by the wild animal kingdom. A shopping spree online here is a must for Melbourne fashionistas this Autumn.

What do you get when a group of super-talented Melbourne musicians come together to create a unique sound in the live music world? It's the Dancing Heals of course, and they're set to be one of the hottest acts around town this year. Describing their music as 'easy, inviting and layered for a thousand listens', we know one thing - it will grab you. Keep you're eyes and ears on these guys - We predict big things.

After this year's Melbourne Grand Prix, we're all feeling that little bit more serious about our cars and of course, our driving attire. That's why nothing could be better than driving Melbourne streets, sporting these amazing driving gloves from the House of Balaklava. LoveBento fans love this cute accessories store, in East St Kilda. And we can't wait to see what they'll have next.

LoveBento fans have told us how much they love Greeting and Stationery label, Truth.be.told, created by Melbourne based designer Jessica Hyde. Regularly scouring vintage stores for inspiration, Jessica's designs feel like a 1950s colourful dress. Her motto: 'there's nothing sweeter than receiving a lovely letter in the post'. Every piece is hand made with Jessica's illustrations. The perfect treat for your best of mates.

The Gary Pepper girl is a Japanese pop star and our very own vintage obsession. She searches down the most beautiful vintage pieces and Melbournites can pick them up at her online boutique - which is fast becoming one of Melbourne's most loved vintage outlets. You'll also fall in love with her Gary Pepper Pieces store, which specialises in vintage accessories. A must visit.

Melbourne has fallen for Scrumptious Production's collection of gorgeous earrings, bracelets, rings, headbands, bangles and necklaces. It's all created by super talented Kirsteene Phelan, who got bored with her job in 2007, and started making a range of lolly-like accessories instead. Every piece uses vintage components. We especially love the Queen of Hearts necklace.

LoveBento-ites have fallen for this pre-loved fashion market for women in Melbourne. Round She Goes is the perfect place to find preloved designer and quality vintage fashion and accessories. And the best bit is the locally designed jewellery and accessories where we've picked up some gorgeous not-to-be-missed pieces. We can't wait to visit the next event in Moorabbin in April.

Talented Melbourne girl Jess is behind our favourite Poppy & Ted. Handmade and designed from scratch, Jess admits her creative process is somewhat chaotic. Her small collection of vintage pieces have been modified in some way to add extra cuteness where necessary. We especially love this Tangerine Owl and the fact that it's so unique. Love.

Yes, it's back this year by popular demand - Melbourne foodies all over town are hanging out for Heat Beads Hawkers' Market. Here you can build your tasting plate with dishes from Melbourne's top Asian chefs. We love the crashing woks, flying noodles and dumpling makers. Most of all, we love how it all happens under gorgeous lantern light.

You can't help but smile when you see the amazing jewellery pieces from Princess C, Lady J & the Upper Crust. It's the super-talented Melbourne pair Coconut and Jessica who are behind the unique range. Using resin and hand-dyed colours, they make brooches with attitude. Each one also comes with a super name like Maude the T-Rex. We've put our order in on Moose: Art for Living already.

Here's another hot LoveBento tip from our loveable contributors... What Melbourne band is gaining a big underground following? They're called Autumn Gray and they've just released their debut album The Diary of a Falling Man. You can check out their music on their website and download 3 songs for free - nice. But the word is they're best seen live, and performing all over Melbourne and Geelong right now... love!
