This new Gorman store in Richmond is the best surprise a girl could have. Packed with great gear at a fraction of the price, it's a Gorman lover's dream. We know one thing for sure; you won't walk out without at least one cardigan or an organic t-shirt. We could hardly carry our bags home.

It smells like gold. So what's not to love? Melbournites in the know (who already love Comme des Garcons 2), are now onto this very hard to find, luxurious perfume. Inspired by the real smell of Gold (hmm), its unisex scent glimmers with pure abundance and absolute decadence. Lucky 8 88 - we can't get enough.

There's so much to love about this new rooftop bar on Spring Street. Sitting outside under heaters, while the theatre crowd walk below, we couldn't get enough of their signature cocktail - the very smooth Black Cherry Martini. We also loved the Fried Prawn and Lemongrass Wontons on the side - yum.

We love this intimate and ultra glamorous sushi train. Of course we're addicted to the red plates - which include the delicious 'salmon and avocado wrapped' sushi. And the seared salmon sushi is a must.

It's back in Melbourne and as usual, Art Melbourne 09 includes hundreds of works by contemporary and traditional artists. But for the first time this year, Melbourne Art 09 will feature the New Artists Studio, where fresh talented artists (just like Melbourne's rising star Matthew Quick) have the opportunity to showcase their work.

With winter on the way, fashionistas are all searching for the most loved facial moisturiser. But it's Melbournites with beautiful glowing skin that know that ReVive's Moisturising Renewal Cream is the ultimate moisturiser in town. There's nothing not to love about Dr Brown's ReVive - and we especially love parading the famed Revive glow around town only two weeks after using it. Love.

Nestled up to Grossi Florentino’s is our longtime love – Cellar Bar. Sharing a kitchen with its famed neighbour, Cellar Bar is a fraction of the price but still serves up delicious and delectable Italian fare. We've especially fallen for their pumpkin ravioli with sage leaves – one bowl is never enough.

Lucy's collection of whimsical jewellery is rapidly garnering a dedicated following. Fusing together some of LoveBento's most favourite things - jewellery and food - her pieces are as amusing as they are enthralling. With collections that are inspired by pasta and nibbles, and cast in luxurious solid silver and 18ct gold, we have fallen in love with the the bow pasta rings, the bling worthy doritos necklace and the pretzel brooches. Love.

If you're looking for great tapas and you haven't booked two months in advance for Movida (which we love), then Lulo is the place to be. With a fabulous wine list and one of the hottest tapas menus in town, Lulo is one to experience. We particularly love the encrusted scallops, the to-die-for squab and the green tomato salad. Delicious.

Named after the famous cafe quarter of Berlin, the reinvention of Mitte in 2008 has done it's namesake proud. With fresh crumble for breakfast and a three cheese omelette that sees die-hard fans cross town, Mitte has established itself as one of the most loved cafes in North Fitzroy. And while local Melbournites can't stop raving about the food, it's the drinks we really love...fresh lemonade straight from the 50s? Yes please.

It's phase II of the Big Mouth Project in Melbourne. And some of the world’s most talented artists are here to spread the word amongst young people about speaking up and being safe at work. Take a stroll down Spencer Street or Royal Parade and you'll spy these rock posters, designed by mixed media artist Jonathan Zawada. Love.

We have always loved Dinosaur Designs. From their humble beginnings at the historic Paddington market in Sydney to their plush Chapel street boutique Dinosaur Designs have been creating objects of desire for over twenty years. While we can never resist the chunky bangles from their classic collection it is the intricate resin feathers of their new collection ‘Bird’ that is our must-have for summer.

Think sweaty, wet, fruit and salad and what comes to mind? It's gotta be Melbourne's very own Gameboy/Gamegirl. For people in 'electro know', these guys hold the key to the perfect party beats. With songs about pumps, rumps, cucumbers and cherries - they're seriously fun stuff. We especially love Sweaty Wet Dirty Damp.

This dark, downstairs bar is a Melbourne favourite. Loved by those in the know, it's the place to be in winter for a warm Sake or imported beer with friends. The best bit - they serve food till 1am on Saturday's, including the most loved fries in Melbourne - Shanghai Fries seasoned with seaweed. A must.
