Just out of Melbourne, you'll find Bress - a Biodynamic Winery producing some of the finest wines around town. They pick their grapes according to the moon phase, so all wines are racked on the moon phase when the moon is in opposition. Plus, they also avoid using artificial supplements and chemicals. We especially love their Pinot Noir and crisp Semillon Sav Blanc. Yummo for Spring.
